Referencing page 146 of Robert Bringhurst’s The Elements of Typographic Style, these notebooks—made from paper offcuts—have page proportions derived using music intervals (e.g., major 3rd = 4:5, octave = 1:2). This allows economical use of offcut batches of varying dimensions to create a range of ‘consistently’ sized notebooks. This second batch (#2) share the width of 12.6cm.
